Every published offer must meet these standards.

Look beyond the discount

We consider the total delivered price and practical usefulness of a product. A large reduction from a retailer’s recommended price is not, on its own, evidence of a market-leading deal.

Explain the comparison

When we show a saving, we identify its basis, such as the retailer’s previous price or a like-for-like comparison. We will not call a price an all-time low without supporting price-history evidence.

Keep the details visible

Offers should identify the retailer, delivery costs or conditions, product condition and time checked. Each published offer expires within 21 days of its last editorial check unless it is checked again. An import alone does not renew that check. Offers can change sooner, so confirm details with the retailer. The retailer’s checkout is the final source for the price you pay.

Be clear about our role

We will distinguish editorial research from hands-on testing and clearly identify affiliate links. Any affiliate retailer link is labelled Ad before you click. Direct links without commission are labelled separately.
